Interview
Initial telephone interview followed by a video interview answering four questions. Passed and was invited to assessment day in London which consisted of brief introduction, three tests: maths, IT aptitude test and ven diagram test.
It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.
