I was asked to give an example of a work scenario that demonstrated the "Behaviours" required of the job advertised.
First interview and second interview, there is a panel of 3 judges and they will put questions about situations where you have demonstrated x or y ability. They will also ask about your backgound, your studies, which are your weaknesses and stregths, it will all be conducted in english.
