After going through multiple interview stages — including one final physical interview that was unexpectedly canceled 45 minutes into the session — I was eventually offered the position, pending budget approval from the project sponsor. However, despite several months of waiting, there was no further update. Nearly five months later, I was contacted again to attend another interview for the same role.
