Interview process was one massive Teams meeting with group tasks. Large amount of staff members handling it, which meant everything felt rushed. Had issues with being given warnings, turned out that it was Teams browser only which was not communicated in advance or to me when I joined a few minutes late. Was threatened with removal. Actual talk in advance was somewhat uninteresting, and had several details notably different to the listing I replied to. Interview seemed to be more social skill based.
