Interview
Interview process with 3 stages: first one with HR about the candidate profile and the company, the second one about a business case related with the specific job opening (mine was to test excel and SQL knowledge and to test my reasoning while analysing a specific data set).
First a Screen interview
Then I received a Business Case to complete in 24h
I had a meeting for the Business Case presentation
After that I've received the Final offer
Throughout the three phases involving the People team, Line Manager, and Director, challenges were met head-on. The business case evolved mid-process, yet expectations set from the outset were consistently met, resulting in an ultimately positive experience.
