1. Technical Questions: These questions aim to assess a candidate's knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end development-related programming languages. 2. Design & Creativity: A good front-end developer needs to demonstrate creativity in developing visually appealing UI/UX design. They will ideally have experience working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch 3. Experience level- how many projects have you accomplished so far? What’s your biggest challenge on them? 4. Software Development Life Cycle - Right from planning until deployment execute their strategies for better delivery? 5. Collaboration and Teamwork Skills - This is useful in understanding an applicant’s capability of blending into teams. 6) Portfolio Exploring – showcasing their works could give insight into verifying technical capacity. 7) Processes & Best Practice

Interview
The process took 3 steps: HR interview, tech interview with a tech challenge, and manager interview. All these steps in two months, it takes some time between the HR interview and others, but the next two steps are fast.

Question 1
Tech challenge was to create an small component with some interactions using ReactJS (HTML/CSS)
The interview with the manager was about previous experiences.
I applied online and then had a telephone interview. I was asked about my background and experience and what I'm looking for in my next role. I was told I would be sent a task that should not take long. After the interview I received the task that was 2 parts, so 2 different tasks and would actually take longer. Later I completed the task and sent it back. Then I didn't hear anything back. What a waste of time.
