The first stage is online, you have to answer 6 questions (english) about general subjects. Then, if accepted, the second stage is a video call interview with more technical questions and questions about your personality. Very professional.

Filling out a form and then record yourself answering to a series of questions with 3 tries for each one, since it was a video recording it wasnt a conversation and the final video was automatically uploaded, the candidate cant download it.
