I applied through my college recruiting board and received an email for an initial phone screen which lasted 30 minutes with the Partner. They were mostly fit questions - asking why Integis, what made me interested in the firm, etc. Afterwards, there was a video interview with another person at the firm which also had more fit questions. Keep in mind that they are an executive search firm and they are very good at and used to interviewing candidates so make sure your responses are direct and to the point.
