I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at F6S (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Very easy and relaxed (back in 2018). Had a first call with the R&D team lead, followed by a written test (very easy), and a follow up call with Sean, the director. Nothing to worry about.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at F6S (Bangalore Rural) in May 2025
Interview
Interview process is quite faster without any delays. 1st round with HR about the past experience and describing about the role and company F6s. 2nd round with lead with an 1 and hour exercise 3rd round with co-founder with role play exercise on pitching your past company product.
Now comes the extremely strange part about salary negotiation. During the very first call, despite asking the expectation followed by hoir long interviews they offered the salary lower than even my current salary. Additionally, in the last round they say it's a contract full time role(which is confusing) with absolutely no basic benefits like insurance, &PF . Tax are supposed to be handeld by the employee all himself/herself.
I did check some negative reviews here before going ahead with interview, but still thought to give it a chance only cause of WFH aspect. But these people really do not value experience and negotiate with some stupid logic.

Question 1
Why are you looking for change. What do you know about F6s.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at F6S (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Aug 2023
Interview
Quick and efficient, took 3-4 days, seemed like a breath of fresh air compared to 1.5-2 month long processes at other companies, perks of not being a corporation, I guess.
