30-minute interview describing all of my skills and experience. The first interview went well overall. Next, a Microsoft Teams interview was scheduled one hour in advance. I received a link and joined the room early to find another applicant in the room with me. The Interviewer was not using their webcam while both of the applicants were. The Interviewers microphone was not working correctly, and I confirmed this with the other applicant. Then the Interviewer left, and I did not hear anything back from the company. The whole thing seemed shady looking back.

Pretty simple interview over the phone. Got asked basic questions over the phone nothing tech related. They asked things like expected pay, if you can commute to the location, and if you're willing to take a drug test/background check. It was fairly easy and got hired on the spot.
