Eze Software Implementation Lead interview questions

I received an email to schedule a phone interview, but when the time came for the phone interview, the hiring manager never called, nor did they provide a teleconference number. Later I received an email saying he had a calendar mix up. I responded to his email asking to reschedule the phone interview, but I've received no response. I have followed up 2-3 times via email and phone and they have not responded to any of my communication. I can understand the calendar mix up. But not responding to emails or phone calls when they missed the phone interview, I feel, is very disrespectful of my time.
