The Worst one I have had for my 15 years of carrier. I had the first meeting with a recruiter and then I had completed a task that was really hard and composed of 3 different sections. I don't think that I would not take less than 2 full days for anyone even a master on the three different subjects unit test, devops, UI test. After this step I met with 2 guys that was composed of very easy questions that are not related to the task. And final step with 2 girls, one has a broken mic and very difficult to understand, and need to repeat each question because of this but the questions were very easy again. The strange things started after this step. I was expecting a return in a week, they said they finished this in 3 days. Anyone return to me in a week then I mailed them and no return. and then after a month, I mailed them again, no return. After some days recruiter returned to me as negative feedback. I spent lots of effort on task and the meetings not less than 3days but they are too busy to return to me. The funny thing why I was rejected is my English which should be evaluated in the first meeting and I have been working with international customers and projects for more than 10 years. Why I am angry because I liked the role and the company and spent lots of effort on it.
