Eye Designs interview questions

I found the interview process to be very professional. The HR person is very thorough and remains in contact with you throughout the process. They even asked what perks or benefits were important to me from my next employer to ensure that they would be a good fit for me, not just me for the job.

The process was very informal, took a tour of the warehouse and barely talked about myself at all. The only important part is that you ask questions about the company and show interest.
