Fast and transparent. First, a short phone conversation, then an organized online intervie. Finally, an answer about the recruitment result within three working days as promised. The whole thing lasted less than 2 weeks.

Entrevista on-line com duração de 1 hora. Somente uma etapa, a qual você fala diretamente com o gestor da vaga, e outro CAS nível senior. Começa explicando sobre a vaga e Empresa, e depois muda para o inglês e pede para você se apresentar, após isso são feitas perguntas sobre sua experiencia profissional, baseadas no seu CV e sobre o que você falou. Após isso muda para o português, onde ele tira dúvidas que o candidato possa ter, e termina com ele pedindo para você Escrever uma redação em inglês e enviar para eles analisarem depois.

Interview
was rejected because of a bias from one of the recruiters. It was clearly seen a woman - recruiter disliked me from the first sight. During the interview has her hands crossed and was zoned out not even listening to any of the questions I was asked. They asked some basic questions like about the conflicts or your prospects in the next five years.
