Extron Electronics Senior Software Engineer interview questions

First screening with recruiter - 15 minutes. Second, and initial interview with engineering manager - 45 minutes. Basic questions about my work and experience. Third interview with team lead and engineering manager. This was a whopping 2+ hours. This consisted of the same basic question about my work experience, followed by them watching my screen as I code a basic example.
