Completely qualified for the Customer Service position I applied for, I showed up 15 minutes early, materials and references in hand. The stuck me in a little room with a tavble and two moldy chairs (and literally nothing else). Interviewer showed up to the scheduled interview 45 minutes late and asked only three questions. He seemed very disconnected during the interview process. At the end of our 1 on 1, he went to get another manager (which after 15 minutes he never found) for a "second round" of the interview. He then came back and said to expect a call from them. 24 hours later I get an email saying I'm not what they are after. What a huge waste of time.
