Question 1
What is your best project that you did in your career?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Exsilio Consulting
Interview
I have appeared in Exsilio through agency. The process took 4+ weeks(almost a month) with 6 long rounds of interview. One introductory round, 2 rounds of almost 1:5 hrs by CEO, 1 Hr round and 2 other rounds by technical persons. Interview rounds are frequently re-scheduled. Even though CEO took rounds, I am not sure why so many team members need to evaluate. Complete waste of time. Most surprising thing after all rounds, received information from HR department to keep pay slips and references ready to release offer and and after a week, I came to know that another person is already sent offer and thats too after taking multiple follow-ups and I am on hold then no update. I would suggest all to appear for such long process and waste your time only if you are jobless and have nothing in hand as in last you should be ready for any surprising thing and that's too in such a small company. Other negative interview reviews written are 100 % correct.
