I had a couple of phone interviews; 1 with talent and a 2 more on separate occassions with some members from the engineering teams. I applied in October but only heard back around February time which was kind of silly. I felt like the process was changing each time as I spoke to more people. Each e-mail felt disconnected from the actual chats we had. Scheduling next interviews took a week longer than mentioned in the e-mails. Their process is unnecssarily long for a company of that size, justifying that they want to make candidates "work for the role". I expect they will lose out on a lot of good talent who don't have the patience for this.
