I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Dublin, OH) in May 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview initially, which was about 30 minutes and was just a basic screening. I moved on to the next step, which was an in person interview. My interview was with a supervisor. It was very casual and I felt pretty comfortable. I wore slacks, a blouse and flats and had my hair pulled back. At the end of the interview I was given a tour and told that I was hired. I can't remember if I did the drug and background test before or after the interview but I believe it was before.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Spokane, WA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview was with a panel of 3. They took turns asking behavioral questions that consisted of what if scenarios, with some basic computer skills questions mixed in. Questions are open-ended and intended to showcase how past experience will enable a successful match in the position. The panel consisted of 3 women ranging in age from late 20's to early 40's. The initial phone interviewer is probably around 50 years old, also female. The work environment is definitely mixed with a variety of employee personalities and backgrounds. You can tell who the authorities are. They emphasized that they try to be a fun environment, with contests and games.
