      Data Entry Interview

      10 Nov 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Express Scripts

      Interview

I only knew they were hiring because a friend who worked there told me, I never saw an ad. It took me 2-3 hours to fill out the online application because the site kept freezing. Once they called me back to schedule an interview it took 3 phone calls because I couldn't get ahold of the right person. The interview process took upwards of 3 hours as well because they interview groups of people: four people take the typing proficiency at once then go back to the waiting room and the interviews are done individually by several supervisors. My first impression of the office floor was "gray" and very uninspiring. The actual interview only took about 10 minutes and I was called within a few hours to be told I had the job should I want it. However whoever does the data entry for our background checks needs to improve because that also took several phone calls to resolve when some of my information had been typed in wrong. The entire process was fairly stressful stretched over a couple weeks.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions were fairly straight forward such as "describe a situation in which you had to use problem-solving skills"... nothing too out of the blue.
