I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2010
Interview
Recruiter called for the phone interview. Moved on to interview with supervisor and management. Heard back from recrutier day after the panel interview with a job offer. Overall my advise would be just to be yourself. They use a lot of behavioral questions- I will not give examples. It is not a corporate like atmosphere in this building. The people are an extreme range from uptight, to intellectual, to just plain ghetto.
Easy, just go in be yourself. When you answer the questions be sure to answer fully using the star format. They will ask questions like why should we hire you. You
Contacted by a recruiter, then your resume is sent to a manager for situational questions, then contacted by recruiter. The process takes weeks. The on boarding process does not cover benefits.
