Interview
Very informal and casual talk. Based more about personality traits and ability to connect to someone you know little about. Interviewed with district manager first, and followed by store manager to determine the ability to cooperate with one another in the stores.
There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.
