I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Express
Interview
It was a group interview. I was the first one there I had wait for the others to arrive. While I was looking around the store. It brought back so many memories of me shopping there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Express (Merrillville, IN) in Jun 2014
Interview
Went to the back stock room and sat in folding chairs. There were other people there who were my age (18-24) and were all very friendly. When asked questions/interviewed, it was almost as if prospective employees were played against each other. The managers interviewing were nice, but seemed very rushed during the process. One tip I have is to show up wearing Express clothing and you have a better shot at the job!

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Express? How do you feel that you could benefit the store as a person? Are you a sociable person?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Express (Columbus, OH) in Sept 2016
Interview
I just recently got hired for a part-time position by Express and the interview was very laid back. It was relaxed and easy-going, we went outside of the store and sat on a couch and just chatted. I was asked simple questions, some about myself, what would I do if I thought a customer was stealing, and what would I do if I thought a fellow co-worker was stealing. The interview lasted all of 10 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Very good experience.
