Did an online application, they got back to me within a few days. They do a phone interview first and then a group interview if they like you enough. They ask a lot of questions about selling to customers and getting them to sign up for the company credit cards they are so fond of.

They ask if you can sell a credit card and then go around in a circle asking each candidate how they would sell the credit card to customers. They stress how important it is to be able to sell them. They also talked about how important it was to be loyal to the brand by wearing only Express to work and giving a discount so that you could buy the IT thing to wear to work.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
