Interview
Basic retail group interviews with manager, asking questions about retail and work experience, asking about availability to get an idea of when you can work. Three steps, call to set up interview, usually group interview, but solo interviews are available, and second call for extension of a job offer.
It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.

Interview
It was quick and expected. Much like the standard interview for these types of jobs. I was greeted, felt welcomed and was able to ask questions. I wish I would have gotten a call back,
Group interview where one of the managers picked one or two of us while sitting in a group of 6 to answer questions at a time. Basic questions like how would you respond to a customer or what is a style recommendation.
