I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Exponent
Interview
The first step was a phone interview with an HR representative. A few days later there was another phone interview with the office director. The last step was a 4 hour onsite interview with four 1:1 meetings with employees. The onsite interview as with with the HR representative, the office director, an administrative assistant and another consultant that the position would work with if hired. Within a week or so after the interview, I had a phone call with the job offer, followed by a written offer.

Mostly asked about previous experience and ability to get along with co-workers. Needed to complete an evaluation of computer skills (MS word, excel, Powerpoint). Onsite interview was about 4 hours start to finish.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Exponent
Interview
4 rounds of interviewing with the supervisor, co workers, office director and an engineer. Then you must complete a take home assignment that gauges your editing and writing skills and return the document to the hiring manager. I think I heard back within a weeks time because they needed to fill the role ASAP.

Question 1
How comfortable are you working with Microsoft word?
The interview went great. Everyone I met with in the process was extremely personable. I even had to do a mock proofreading assessment that was relatively easy.
I had 3 rounds of interviews, each of which lasted about 30 mins.
I was lead to believe that I had this job in the bag but then the company decided to "restructure" the role and lessen the pay. Extremely misleading culture.
I applied online. I interviewed at Exponent (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied for the NY admin. position. I first had a phone interview with a HR person from the California office. Then I was interviewed by the senior admin. assistant and 3 other professionals at the New York Office. At the end of the interview I was given a short timed task to evaluate my computer skills. The task was to proof read a letter and correct according to information you researched.
