I had two rounds of phone interviews. One with a manager in the practice and then a skype interview with the director. I was then invited on site for the last round of interviews and to give a technical talk.

Interview
The interview was a phone screening that lasted about 20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and after introducing themselves, gave some detailed examples of cases that they had worked on at Exponent. I was mostly asked to talk about items on my resume.
