It was straigt forward. The attitude is possitive, there was no any pressure or stess. We discussed what is my previous experience, what challenges I met, what is the structure of the new COmpany.
the interview process was okay. I thought they will ask a lot of questions related to the job, but they didn't. I believe they already had an internal candidate for the role.
