The whole process is 5 rounds. After passing the CV screening, then you will be invited to do the online assessment which is SHL general ability test. Normally within 3 days, you will know can you move forwards.

Question 1
SHL general ability test is very difficult, it's basically easy to fail if you don't practice enough.
I know Experian is a big company, but I doubt this test really has anything to do with UX designer ability?
