Exiger interview questions in Silver Spring

After applying for the job I received an email and a phone interview was set. The phone interview lasted for about 30 minutes. After a couple of days I received another email and arranged for a second phone interview.

I received a request for a phone interview and writing test a few days after applying. The phone interview went okay. A couple days later, I scheduled a block of time for my writing test. I didn't receive the writing test during that block of time. I contacted the hiring manager who said that the automatic emailing system sometimes fails. They were nice enough to reschedule it. After completing the test and sending it in, however, I didn't get any response until a rejection email several weeks later.
