Application - shortlisting - interview with home manager and documentation. Did a 4 day induction training (paid). Very professional about it and interesting . Everything was within one month and I started work immediately after the training .

Straight forward, I was invited to the home for an interview and met by two people that worked there. They asked standard questions that were quite straightforward was a nice place too
