Interview
Applied online, then recieved a call few days later for interview on-site. Meet with 3 people for a STAR interview based process, 20 mins. per person. Interview went fairly well from my standpoint, perhaps faltered one response.
Was told that I would be notified within a week or two, a month later and still no email, or call specifying either way. Would have at least appreciated an email stating the interview process would not go further, as other big companies do, via their online career status profile or such.
Otherwise, everyone was great to speak with and polite. One last tip, I somehow missed the small detail of bringing 4 copies of my resume with me to my interview and I can't help but wonder if that simple instruction was my downfall. Such was requested along with business attire in my email prior to my interview.
Interview consisted of STAR interview questions. Prepare for a good interview and to answer questions in the STAR format. Simple and pretty straightforward. Panel format including members on the team that you are interviewing to work on.

Interview
Interview process was straightforward, behavior questions using the STAR methodology. Entire interview lasted one hour and was followed by a survey which asked questions about the interview experience. Overall, the process was fair and received the offer the following week of the interview.

Sit down and get asked a bunch of scenarios. What would you do if this were to occur or when was a time that you had to do this? Overall it was not hard but was an enormous pain and boring
