After a phone call , a test wast sent by email that will take you approximately 1 hour. You will mainly be judged by this test which is a non sense. Even if they will tell you it's just a test. you will be judged mainly by this test. Then , an interview will be planned that will take 1 hour. For the first time during an interview, I felt that the interviewer didn't want to hire me from the beginning. The interviewer was not rude but I felt that the interviewer was asking a lot of non sense questions in order to justify her future rejection. A lot of "why " questions to almost all of the questions. Even after explaining, the "why" question was coming back. For instance, why do you like IT ? I was answering by giving 5 different detailed reasons. Then again, the next question was : but why this reasons? and then again : but why As if, she was looking for a "bad" answer to justify a future denial. That's how I see it. That's how a lot of people react when they want to find an excuse. I also noticed that her body language was already skeptical from the beginning. I'm pretty sure that she had decided from the beginning that she will not continue with my profile. And this was confirmed to me by the fact that the refusal of proposition was justified by a completely stupid reason. The interviewer was also kind of cold and nearly non reactive to the answers given to her questions. Off course this is a waste of time for me, but probably that in her case, it's like she is working. Anyway, I will not recommend this company to anyone. And it seems that they are wasting the time of some other persons from what I read. One positive thing about them though is the fact that they will contact you to tell you no instead of making you wait without an answer. And that is a good thing.

As I read from a previous person who is 100000% right, they are searching the perfect person who will be ready to learn a new symbolic language from your wrong answers. For example you will receive some questions, like what does the symbol * means after a letter T. You should know that it means that it is making the letter T bold. What is the strange? What did you learn at your college/university? Didn't you know it? No? You should. You don't have before the test an instruction manual that tells you what each symbol means. You should learn them alone from the wrong answers. So you will have a lot of wrong answers just to learn...!!! But don't have more than 50% wrong answers.... Also, you will have around 45 minutes to answer to 74 answers from a NORMAL language that you did'nt know it... They don't care about your skills on programming or at computer science. For them, learning a programming language means nothing. The 1st call was easy and they asked me why to move to Belgium (cause I don't live there), if I would have two job offers (one from them and one from my city) what I would select, my bacground skills (even if they don't care about them), how I would move to there.
