Executive Director interview questions

So to fill two vacancy of ca article trainees they called around 50 60 students.Interview took around 5 6 hours. Location is in very bad area, far from metro, had to take a auto to reach there.They made us keep waiting. They gave us a form to fill which asked questions like write about your family with their occupation,strength and weaknessess & if we are comfortable working long hours.Everyone appeared for a 15 ques test first which was for nearly 20 minutes in their computer.Then with only 5 6 computers we were made to give tests turn by turn.They called us at around 9 and left us at 2 3 .Then after that test we were interviewed by one of the directors of the company. He asked basic questions.Also one of the key hilight to mention, they jammed internet connection there which means we were not able to use any internet in our phones for 5 6 hours not even in emergency. I genuinely feel like they were so unprofessional to call all the students blindly without filtering and call everyone blindly.They wasted their as well our time together. Stipend is as per icai norms.
