They take candidate details and share some company details too but role evaluation doesn't match necessary requirement and proper followups. They need to try better interview approach techniques, process and profile evaluation. As same pointers get carry forward in future discussions.

One on one interview by line manager. Request to explain past working experience, reason of leaving for each position, strength and weaknesses, handling difficult clients etc. Followed by a Q&A section to further understand the roles and responsibilities of the vacant position.
