Exclusive Resorts LLC interview questions

I went through two rounds of interviews, and while they initially went well, several things raised red flags. The way employee culture and respect were described left a bad impression, especially when I was told, “your job description is not your job description.” When I asked why the previous person in the role was leaving, I was told she “couldn’t handle corporate life,” which felt dismissive and concerning. Combined with the overwhelming number of negative and toxic reviews on here, this was enough to deter me from moving forward. Additionally, the interview process felt excessive for the role, salary, and what appeared to be a lack of regard for employees. They required four separate interviews, including an on-site where there wasn’t even a designated place to park. Overall, the experience did not reflect a company I’d feel comfortable joining.

Long process but not unpleasant, interviewed with a lot of people remotely. It did feel good to interview with people I would be directly working with. Got a good feel for what day to day work would be like.
