Very lengthy. The first time interview was an hour and a half long in-person interview and I met with multiple directors and managers. They then told me they like what they were hearing so they had me do multiple writing samples to take home. After all that time interviewing and writing for them, all they did was ghost me. The fact that they didn’t call me like they said they would with a yes or no was honestly so disrespectful and a complete waste of my time.
