Interview
There will be three rounds of interview - 2 technical and 1 final HR round First round will be taken by senior developers and second round will be taken by architects/managers . Will have internal interviews as well once hired, to get into the project.

We should be able to explain the work that we have done for the projects. Assessment happens based on concepts of OOPS , .NET Framework and other technologies that we worked on.
