I interviewed at Excel Roofing (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
The interview process for the Project Manager role in Colorado Springs was thorough and challenging in a good way. Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth and easy; I felt that the team asked me great questions about myself and felt like a free-flowing conversation instead of a typical interview. The staff here are very kind and make you feel immediately welcomed which helped shake off any interview jitters!

Interview
I applied for a position and got an interview. Two people interviewed me and then an additional person talked to me near the end. One of the Project Managers made awkward remarks about millennials. The marketing support seemed to carry the interview well. However the interview seemed to be a little chaotic and unorganized. Someone said they would like to hire me, then another person said they would reach out to me after the interview. Highly unprofessional that not everyone was on the same page. I got a call back and called back and left a voicemail and then never heard from them again. Overall it's an endearing environment but their professionalism and office etiquette could use some work.
