Very streamlined interview process, the team made sure I met with all individuals who were necessary and relevant to the role. They communicated between themselves really well with sharing feedback and ensuring that they did not all ask the exact same questions. Each stage felt like a different focus and they gave me a great insight into the firm and the role specifics and they came prepared with EXANTE company guides and really helped me to understand the expectations.
