Interview
After applying, a recruiter reached out within a few days. Interviews with the managers were quickly scheduled and executed. However, after my final interview, they waited 4 weeks to finally send an email informing me I was not chosen. There was zero communication after that last interview, despite multiple attempts to reach out and get an update. Really did not treat candidates with respect and left me hanging for almost a full month. Disappointing.
Phone Screen with HR, then 30 minute zoom with hiring manager, did not move forward after that. There is typically a few more steps, if you move forward in the process. HR was great. But the interview with hiring manager was one of the worst in my life. She looked miserable the second the interview started, very judgemental the whole time. I literally thought someone was forcing her to be there. Did not reflect well on the company and I lost all interest I had in working at this company.
