I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Exact Sciences
Interview
I did research on the company and product and lost interest right away but proceeded with interviews to practice. Recruiter did first interview in 13 minutes I thought that was hilarious and so unprofessional. Purposely I didn’t close for the job and got call for a second interview with hiring manager. Again, my intentions were just to practice. Didn’t close because lost interest. I originally wanted to withdraw from the process but decided to continue to practice. This is a good position for someone who wants to break into the
pharma/biotech sales world. They work in PODS and territories are huge. Expect to put 30-40k in miles in your own car. If you are an experienced rep this position is not for you. The only product they have is 5 years old and no other product in the horizon. They have insurance coverage issues. Product has kind of deceiving indication so make sure you read reviews for it. In general this is a small company a good to get a solid year of experience and then move to a better bigger company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exact Sciences (Madison, WI) in Aug 2024

Phone interview and then had a video interview that was more in-depth. The video interview consisted of behavioral questions that were designed to see how you would respond in certain situations.
