Received an email for a phone interview with a recruiter. That led to a phone interview with the hiring manager followed by an in person interview with 4 separate people. Hands down the best interview in terms of questions asked. No stupid, pointless questions what so ever.

HR person was unfriendly and barely made eye contact and only looked at their laptop. Director and executive interviews went well. Was told that I would hear the next day, but had to call 5 days later to ask about the decision.
