Phone interview with HR rep. who was very friendly on the phone. Interview took about 20 minutes and I was asked 3 or 4 questions relating to past work experience, reason for leaving last job, how I use time-management and why I want to work there.

Interview
A phone interview took place with HR, followed by an onsite interview. Met with 3 people separately after a tour of the facilities, one from HR and two shift managers. Everyone was very nice and passionate about the company.

Interview
Had a phone interview with and HR representative and was able to skip the technical interview. Later had an onsite interview with a rotating group of people, including shift leads and HR. The onsite interview concluded with a tour. I received a job offer via phone call about two weeks later.

Typical phone interview then a 2-hour in-person interview with 4 different groups of 2 people and a tour of the laboratories. The 4 different interviews cover different things. One was teamwork, another was accountability, etc.
