I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ExOfficio in May 2011
Interview
Was referred to this job, applied via email w/my resume. Heard back a few weeks later, went in for an interview, submitted to a background check, started a couple weeks later. It took a little longer on the background check front because this was at the SeaTac Airport location, so I had to be able to get security clearance and a Port badge. The interview itself was pretty easy going, the manager showed me around the store, introduced me to my future coworkers, talked a lot about the company's history, values, goals, and competitors and asked me some questions about myself. This was my first job and he knew it, so most of the questions related to my values and hobbies. It was very easy.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ExOfficio (John F Kennedy Airport, NY) in Jan 2012
