They will ask you about your skills, why you think you're a good fit, give you a tour and from there they'll decide if you're qualified and you'll be notified if you got the job within 2 weeks. They ask what was a time where you had to provide customer service and what were some of the things that you did.

Friendly, knowledgeable supervisor led me through the introductory slide show, gave me the basics on the operation, asked me a few questions and took me on a tour of the facility. There was a brief skills tutorial/evaluation at the end.
