Mine was a group interview where they give you paper where you have to write down information about yourself and then there is a little test on time to see how vigilant you are and after that they proceed to talk about the company, your future responsibilities and carrier opportunities
Also in the end they make you go in front of the camera and talk for about 5min about anything you want.

Friendly, knowledgeable supervisor led me through the introductory slide show, gave me the basics on the operation, asked me a few questions and took me on a tour of the facility. There was a brief skills tutorial/evaluation at the end.

They ask you what are your passion where do u see yourself all of that couple of questions with some kind of racism to black people so, the whole is dealing the cards so, it is useless
