Interview
I was part of two interview session, the first one is online, which they explained about the JD for 30 minutes and barely asked about me during the interview. Then got called for a face-to-face interview, which I agree to go. But I sat through one hour just for another briefing about the job, and another hour meaningless conversation that is leading to nowhere. One of the most time wasting interview experience I have gone through and got ghosted after sending a few emails. Very unprofessional from their recruitment team despite flexing about how “great” the company is.

Interview
As my CV and current position already placed me in a prominent spotlight, the management shortened the interview process. Instead of the usual three stages, it was reduced to a single Google Meet video call where I had a conversation with the CHRO. We discussed their pain points, my experience, an overview of the industry, and how I could contribute to the company.

"We are currently planning to develop software to take our business to the next level. Do you have experience leading a project? Are you tech-savvy and brave enough to try new things?"
Had an online interview with the HR manager because it was during the pandemic, then onto the second layer interview with the CEO in a casual setting at a coffee shop. Simple questions but they care more about the attitude.
