I found the whole interview/recruitment process brilliant and easily one of the best I've been in. Applied through an agency but for a permanent role and the whole process was seamless. Had an initial phone interview with Kate from the HR team who was very friendly and down to earth which made the process easier and instantly put me at ease. I then interviewed face to face just a few days later with the hiring manager, ops director and one of the people partner HR team. Again, although obviously an interview process I was made to feel at ease which made the process easier. I was asked to do a 10-15 minute presentation 3 key subjects (detailed below) relating to my role and then a few competency based questions of which I was allowed to answer in my own time. All in all a very good experience which has continued into the role since I've started.
