I was called for an UI Developer interview stating 2 F2F rounds will take place. When I visited the venue one lady handed me the written test sheet. The sheet contained basic JavaScript, CSS syntactical questions. Since I am working on Angular since past 2 years I couldn't recollect EC6 syntaxes but managed to answer 8/12 questions and submitted the sheet. The lady came back after 2 minutes of discussion with an interviewer and said, Sorry, you can leave for the day, you have not cleared the written test. These kind of silly questions can be asked on the itself to make up your mind whether to call a candidate for the interview or not! Stop wasting our time!!! I can only derive 2 things from my interview experience: 1. God bless the people working at your Pune, India office as you do not value the time of the candidate by calling them to the venue and not interviewing them, how would you be treating your employees in office! 2. I read the glassdoor reviews and then I went for the interviews. You rating is 3.5!! You don't justify that rating and the rating has to be fake! Value the time of the candidate's and make your interview procedure's streamlined. Coding syntaxes are not at all the way to judge an employees worthiness for the role!!!!!
